Training for New Employees
New employees, who have successfully gone through the tough hiring process, receive a training designed to help them adapt to their new jobs and fulfill their potentials. In addition, they take training courses offered by the company that help them acquire basic qualities like problem solving, cooperation and good relationships required for their job. During that time, they build bond with their colleagues. After the training programs, they can apply for an opportunity to study abroad, take a field trip to overseas and domestic plants and study in specialized institutions.
Mentoring Program
When new employees are assigned to their divisions, they get a mentor whose work is closely related to theirs. Mentors help new employees not only do their work but also adapt to their new life at work, and become their advisors and supporters. Leadership Training for Team Leaders We believe that team leaders’ leadership is the most important in running divisions. So, we offer training to team leaders once or twice a year to improve their skills required for the job like conflict management; risk management; building good relationships with team members; interview skills. This helps them listen to their team members, create corporate culture that emphasizes the importance of putting words into action, and share feedback and information.

Training for Promoted Employees
Promotion means a lot for employees because it’s the result of their effort. Early every year, we offer employees who are promoted in the year intensive training programs about roles of each position, image-making and leadership, which are required for their job. In addition, after the training, employees can enjoy skiing together, which has become a company tradition.
Specialized Training
This specialized training is designed to help employees learn the latest trends in order to improve their work performance. All employees can get an education required for their work outside the company. After finishing the training, they are encouraged to share information and stories like how they feel about the training through a “5-minute speech” and stay up-to-date on the latest information.
In-House Lectures
Your work can not be done only by yourself. To get it done, you need some knowledge from other divisions, and sometimes, you will need to pay attention to things that are not related to your work. So, we select best employees, nurture them to be in-house instructors, and open dozens of classes every year where employees can learn something new. These lectures also help employees not only learn things but also understand difficulties and obstacles facing others in different divisions.
Special Lectures by Well-Renowned People
It’s difficult to attend lectures by famous speakers whom you can see on TV, in media or seminars. So, we invite famous speakers and ask them to deliver lectures that are helpful for employees, which is a good opportunity for them to learn a variety of information and knowledge.
